Refund, Cancellation & Service Delivery Policy
At Integral Excellence Private Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality educational, professional development, mentoring, and personal growth programs through online and offline formats. This policy explains how registrations, cancellations, refunds, and service delivery are handled.
1. Registration Confirmation
A participant’s registration is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable program fee.
After payment is completed, a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message will be sent to the participant’s registered contact details. For online programs, Zoom registration or joining instructions will be shared through the registered email address.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information during registration.
2. Cancellation by Participant
A participant may request cancellation by sending an email to:

Before the Program Begins
If a participant requests cancellation before the commencement of the program, the participant will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
After the Program Begins
Once the first session of the program has commenced, the registration fee is generally non-refundable, as program resources, planning, and access arrangements would already have been made.
However, in exceptional circumstances, Integral Excellence may, at its sole discretion:

- ♦ Provide partial credit towards another program, or
- ♦ Offer any other suitable alternative.
Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
3. Cancellation or Postponement by Integral Excellence
Integral Excellence reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel a program due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

- ♦ Faculty or instructor unavailability,
- ♦ Technical issues,
- ♦ Force majeure events,
- ♦ Health emergencies,
- ♦ Government restrictions, or
- ♦ Other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
If a program is cancelled by Integral Excellence and no suitable alternative is offered, participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
If a session is postponed or rescheduled, participants will be informed through email or WhatsApp, and replacement sessions will be arranged wherever reasonably possible.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used by the participant.
Refunds are generally initiated within 7 business days from the date of approval.
The actual time for the refunded amount to appear in the participant’s account may vary depending on the participant’s bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
5. Service Delivery
Integral Excellence primarily provides educational and mentoring services through:

- ♦ Workshops,
- ♦ Multi-session training programs,
- ♦ Mentoring sessions,
- ♦ Offline events and seminars,
- ♦ Educational and professional development programs.
♦ No physical products are shipped as part of these services unless specifically mentioned.
♦ For online programs, access links, registration details, or joining instructions will be delivered electronically through the participant’s registered email address or WhatsApp number.
♦ Participants are responsible for:

- ♦ Having access to a suitable device,
- ♦ Installing necessary software such as Zoom, and
- ♦ Joining sessions at the scheduled time.
Integral Excellence is not responsible for disruptions caused by the participant’s internet connection, device limitations, or local technical issues.
6. Non-Transferability of Access
Program registrations, login credentials, Zoom links, and access details are intended solely for the registered participant.
Participants shall not share, transfer, distribute, publish, or permit unauthorized use of access credentials or course materials without prior written permission from Integral Excellence.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, presentations, videos, recordings, exercises, handouts, documents, and other educational content are the intellectual property of Integral Excellence or its licensors.
Participants may use such materials only for their personal learning purposes.
Unauthorized reproduction, recording, distribution, resale, publication, or commercial use of any program material is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
8. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
Integral Excellence provides educational, professional development, and personal growth programs intended to support participants in their learning and development.
Participation in any program does not guarantee:

- ♦ Admission to academic institutions,
- ♦ Examination success,
- ♦ Business results,
- ♦ Financial outcomes, or

Individual results depend upon various factors, including the participant’s commitment, effort, background, and circumstances.
