A successful life requires a vision, learning how to achieve that vision and then exerting effort towards the goal. The Integral Excellence Foundation course helps one to develop that vision, provides an overview of the key aspects of life. A car reaches its destination efficiently when all four wheels and all systems operate smoothly. Similarly, when the key aspects of life are well understood, developed and integrated, one attains the ultimate goal in the life.

This is an online 10 session course. Each session is 60 min. It is conducted in the evenings from 7-8.30 pm. The cost is Rs. 300 (Needy students may apply for scholarship).

Foundation Course – Eligibility

1. Students who are strongly motivated in Integral Excellence

2. Strong academic background or willing to put in effort to excel in studies

3. Special extracurricular talents and/or interest in – Classical music/dance, arts, sports etc
