The Foundation course is the beginner course. It is a 10 session online course which teaches the framework and basics of Integral Excellence. It covers the seven essential ‘subjects’ of life.
Building upon foundational knowledge, intermediate courses develops deeper into specific subjects, expanding understanding and skills.
