- Students successfully completing online Foundation Course will be eligible for Intermediate course
- Students in any semester can join including students from 1 st semester. The earlier the students start the better prepared the student is to be prepared for a good career

Intro to Cardio (30 min 3 times); strength training; Basic yoga exercises; Improvements in Diet; Additional insights into how fitness and diet improves academic performance/reduces stress and increases energy and mood

Academics (Engineering/other)
Ways to your improve your grades in studies. Learn how to prepare for career (including career options) in industry – learn practical applications of subjects by being studied in University.
Availability of some study material.
Examples in projects/problems in engineering include
Chemical – Separators, IDs, oil and gas related process, phase separation, hydraulic studies
Mechanical – Pumps, compressors, turbines, pressure vessels, piping, root cause analysis, failure modes, reliability analysis
Electrical – Power generation, motors, transformers, switchgear, fault analysis
Metallurgy – Materials and corrosion as it relates to oil and gas; corrosion mechanisms, cathodic protection, coatings, corrosion inhibitors, root cause analysis
Instrumentation – Instrumentation related to pressure, temperature, flow, level, Controls systems (Emerson, Honeywell etc), control valves, troubleshooting
Civil – Offshore structures including platforms, FPSOs, bridges, geotechnical
Computer Science – Mobile App creation, Databases, Web development, coding, cloud based apps, security, data analytics, machine learning, AI

People Skills
Develop interpersonal skills, communication skills and teamwork

Volunteering /Seva
Work on social service activities (1-2 hours a week)

Spirituality
Learn deeper spiritual/mystic teachings and practices related to your religion. Learn life and teaching of saints/mystics from your tradition (Hindu Saints/ mystics, Sufi Saints, Christian mystics, etc)

Mentoring
Guiding and supporting individuals, sharing expertise, and empowering them to achieve personal and professional growth through meaningful guidance and constructive feedback.
Intermediate Course – Eligibility
1. Successful participation and completion of online Foundation Course.
2. Students who are strongly motivated in Integral Excellence.
3. Strong academic background or willing to put in effort to excel in studies.
4. Special extracurricular talents and/or interest in – Classical music/dance, arts, sports etc.
5. Spiritual inclination – willing to learn deeper aspects (Spirituality/Mysticism) of their religion – like Vedanta/Bhakti/Meditation (Hinduism); Sufism (Islam); Christian Mysticism (Christianity), Buddhism etc.
