What is Integral Excellence Program for Chemical Engineering Students
Integral Excellence for Chemical Engineering Students is a unique and holistic development program to enable excellence professionally as Chemical Engineers as well as in personal life. By developing integrally, life can be fully enriched and true excellence and satisfaction can be achieved. This program complements the academic learning in the university. For professional development, the program offers broad understanding of how to excel in chemical engineering studies; what is important for later life in industry;work on some industry related problem/projects to begin sharpening skills; career opportunities, mentoring, networking. The life aspects cover character/qualities development, health and fitness, interpersonal/communication skills, spirituality, volunteering etc.

What is the specific Program for Chemical Engineering Students?
The program consists of the three parts
- Foundation Course
- Intermediate Course
- Study-Grow-Excel Program
Foundation Course
This is an online 12 session course. Each session is 60 min. It is conducted in the evenings from 7-8.30 pm. The cost is Rs. 300 (Needy students may apply for scholarship).
Intermediate Course
This is a combination of offline and online sessions. The offline sessions will be conducted at the Integral Excellence Center in Lawsons Bay Colony (near MVP colony). The duration is 5 months. The Intermediate course will teach practical aspects of material learnt in the Foundation course for Practical training (Duration – 5 months). The students will be provided some materials, small industry related problems/projects related to the chemical engineering subjects they are studying that semester or those that the students may need in the future. The students are expected to spend at least 3 half days (on days when there are no labs). The cost of the program is Rs.1200 (needy students may apply for volunteer/exemption).
Study-Grow-Excel Program
After completion of the Foundation and Intermediate courses, the students may enroll in the Study-Grow-Excel Program. During this period, the students will continue to develop academically, grow personally and strive to excel integrally. These will be combination of online and offline sessions. The students will continue to use the facilities at the center. The students will be provided mentoring for career opportunities.

Integral Excellence is a unique startup dedicated to training, providing both professionalas well as life skills. Its mission is to help inspire to achieve Integral excellence in life. Itfoundation is based is based on Integrity and character. It is started by Shri Krishnadas(Raju Pakalapati) who has a Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from a US university and who has worked internationally for over 25 years.
2. Who may join the Integral Excellence Program
The online Foundation course may be joined by all students. The Foundation course offers an overview of the program.
The Intermediate will be limited to those who have successfully attended all sessions of the foundation course and have actively participated in the Foundation course.
The Study-Grow-Excel program is for those have completed the Intermediate progra successfully and are committed to the idea of Integral Excellence and will to work hard to learn and strive for Integral Excellence.
